The 5 qualities that every early childhood educator should have


The figure of the early childhood educator is, in many cases, the first person that the boy or girl will contact outside of their family safety zone. 1.- Empathy

It must be a vital person that accompanies the frenetic rhythm of the children, which requires a lot of energy. At the same time, he/she must be affectionate/cordial, have social skills and resolve possible conflicts, as well as transmit calm in problematic moments.


4.- Attention

To detect and prevent potential or future problems in the learning process and behavior of the little ones. Ensuring her/his safety in a caring way, without creating alarms or fears, requires a lot of attention but it will transmit confidence in the child, helping to reinforce her/his safety.

5.- Creativity
